About Me

I am a registered Art Therapist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I am compassionate, validating, and non-judgemental, and I am passionate about finding creative outlets to apply towards mental health goals. I am a life learner and a parent of 3 young adults, and I have learned helpful techniques for quality communication in families.

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is a mental health counseling process that combines talk therapy techniques with creative outlets such as drawing, painting, sculpting and more. No need to feel intimidated by the art, or feel you must be an artist. Anyone can benefit from Art Therapy. Sometimes we might just scribble or pull and stretch clay to describe difficult emotions or stressful life events.
